I was amazed to see your great prices on Pillow Pets! At first I thought it was just a sale price and then checked back later and found that they were still at a fantastic price. I ordered 3 Pillow Pets - A Shark, a Unicorn and a Lady Bug. They arrived in 2 days and at a price less than anyone else I could find that had stock. My little girl loved her Birthday Present! Thanks! I will be shopping again soon as Christmas is not too far away!

I have just received my parcel and I must say I was quite impressed with the quality of the products I purchased as well as how well you packaged the item. I have previously ordered from another company who didn't take the time to look after my package and wouldn't deal with me when I called them on it! Top Effort Mr Toys!

I'm sitting here astounded at your customer service. I sent an email at 9:33am asking about the availability of a toy in my order. 9:41am I had a reply. I've never gotten a reply that fast, ever. Well done to you guys for having superb customer service skills!

All I can say is wow! I order my daughter a Fijit Friends and was so excited to see it a couple of days later. I had searched everywhere for a Fijit and no one seemed to have one. I was surprised to see it available online with Mr Toys Toyworld. Next time I need toys I will avoid the headache of searching the shops and head straight to your online shop.

We have been shopping with Mr Toys Toyworld for years but recently with my husband’s promotion, we have had to move interstate. I was so excited to see that you now sell online and that the great prices you had in your stores are the same prices online. We recently placed an order online and was surprised to see our parcel turn up a couple of days later. Thank you for your excellent service and quick shipping.
