If ordered with other items, entire order will ship when all goods are in stock
You may cancel your online pre-order any time before it has been placed into processing and we will arrange a refund or credit. Once your pre-order has been processed we cannot accept cancellation
Pre-orders cannot be re-instated once removed and a new pre-order would have to be made. Pre-orders are fulfilled in a chronological order
Due Date information is based on the best available information at the time of order and is subject to change.
In the unlikely event that the item becomes significantly delayed or unavailable to ship due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange a refund or substitution.
Sometimes between pre-ordering an item and its dispatch a product's price can change. However with our pre-order price guarantee should the price of an item increase after you've placed your pre-order we will honour your original price.
Should we reduce a pre-order in price we will be happy to credit the difference to you.
