It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
It is unopened, unused and in its original condition
Mr Toys may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post eParcel and couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days in non peak periods. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia
Australia Post eParcel service delivers Australia wide and requires a signature for delivery. If you choose to request safe drop or redirect your parcel with Australia Post, Mr Toys accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. If delivery is unable to be completed at the nominated address, parcel will be returned to an Australia Post Office or other depot for collection. Home delivery is not guaranteed. To ensure we can despatch promptly, if an item is unavailable for any reason at the time of order picking and sourcing will delay shipment significantly, we may cancel the item from the order and refund the value.
In the event of a significant error in shipping or total calculations, we will contact you to advise of correct charges or cancel the order and issue a refund if necessary.
Some larger items may be sent in the original carton that may picture or describe the item enclosed. Please be mindful of this if delivery is to be received by someone other than yourself.
